Sharen has 20 years experience in sales, procurement, and supply chain, beginning her career in the private sector, making significant strides in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. In 2015 Sharen joined NSW Health where she quickly realised her passion for serving the larger community through the design and implementation of sustainable service models.
Sharen has worked in both supply chain and sales management roles across the private and public sectors.
Known for her high energy and authentic leadership style, she builds inclusive teams that achieve outstanding results. Sharen has led numerous statewide transformative initiatives. She has successfully built a team of 130+ talented individuals who have developed, delivered solutions and services at scale and pace, supporting NSW Health in delivering value-based healthcare for its patients.
